What Happens When Organizations Don’t Do Their Due Diligence? | IP Conversations

Why? What? When? How? These are some of the most used words in John’s dictionary. He’s pretty curious about the workings behind what happens in his life, and many of those have to do with the inventions and the workings of intellectual property in the world around him.

John has been excited about some recent events at work. His company is getting ready to acquire a well-reputed organization with a couple of significant brands associated with it. When he talked about this to IP Geek, however, her first reaction was to emphasize on doing the due diligence. John insists that there’s not much to worry about as the partner is reliable, but IP Geek counters with how she really doesn’t want him to go through a Rolls-Royce Volkswagen scenario.
