Why? What? When? How? These are some of the most used words in John’s dictionary. He’s pretty curious about the workings behind what happens in his life, and many of those have to do with the inventions and the workings of intellectual property in the world around him.
Isn’t everybody a fan of some sort of sport? John, for example, loves watching football and the solo events at the Olympics. Looking through some old videos of his favorites, he was struck by how some celebratory poses are very unique and distinctive to the athlete. And if he’s learned one thing, it’s that uniqueness and distinctiveness are the fundamental requirements for a Trademark.
