Exclusive rights of a Patentee are infringed when a third party practises an invention without the consent of the patentee in a country where the patent is registered. Practising includes making, using, offering for sale, selling or importing the patented invention.
In short, any commercial use of the patented invention without the consent of the patentee in a particular jurisdiction is an act of infringement.
